Entry & Visas

Each participant is responsible for ensuring compliance with Switzerland’s entry, visa and residency requirements given his or her individual circumstances.

It is anticipated that temporary entry into Switzerland for the MAS or CAS by foreign participants residing and working outside of Switzerland will be relatively simple in most cases for two reasons. 

• The MAS AT and CAS programmes are only offered part-time (there is no full time option) and participants generally will only be required on campus for 2-day blocks every other week when classes are in session. 
• It is anticipated that most participants will continue working during their studies and maintain their current residency location, i.e. they will commute to ETH as necessary.
