Purpose

Our mission is to train experienced leaders to work effectively with technology experts and technical managers in order to develop and apply technology solutions to real world business problems. The MAS AT acts as a “Reverse MBA” or "MBA in technology"– instead of business qualifications for scientists, it provides science and technology qualifications for managers and business professionals (see Participant Profile).

It targets a specific, industry-driven need to bridge the technical divide, which slows down innovation within companies and restricts their ability to develop and promote managers with a broad range of backgrounds and expertise.
